Monneah’s Engineered Materials is a personal protective equipment company that uses a patent-pending fabric to create eco-friendly, chemical-resistant lab coats with embedded protection at the fiber level. While combining efficient protection, elevated comfort, and exclusive fashion in their daily lab coat.
With a focus on innovation and inclusivity, we aim to address the longstanding lack of innovation in lab coat design, particularly for women. Our mission is to empower, encourage, and evolve scientists to work safely and confidently while promoting a culture of innovation in the workplace.
Aalliyeh Clinton is the proud founder of Cool Nerds on the Rise, an innovative youth education initiative created under MEMs dedicated to making STEM education accessible, hands-on, and inspiring for underrepresented youth. Through this program, she has engaged over 400 middle and high school students, many from underserved communities,using creative, chemistry-based experiments that make science feel relevant and exciting.
Her work focuses on bridging the diversity, equity, and inclusion gap in STEM through partnerships with organizations such as the YMCA, Mervo High School, Youth Summit BMore, DENT Education, and the Meyerhoff Scholars Program. She is committed to creating safe, empowering spaces where young people can see themselves as scientists, engineers, and innovators.
